Payment Methods

SuAyu.com offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that SuAyu’s trusted payment gateway partners, Bill Desk, use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

SuAyu.com accepts the following forms of payment:
  • UPI
  • Debit Card / Net Banking / Cash Cards / MasterCard or Visa Credit Cards / Diners / American Express / JCB.
    Payments are processed through Bill Desk's secure website.

We do not accept Cheque or Demand Drafts.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • COD orders can be delivered only at select locations. Serviceable pin codes can be checked at the time of placing the order.
  • COD orders cannot be combined with Gift Vouchers, e-Gift Cards, or any other promotions.
  • For COD:
    • Minimum order value: Rs. 250/-
    • Maximum order value: Rs. 2,000/-
  • A maximum of two attempts will be made for Cash-on-Delivery items.
  • Same day delivery will not be applicable for COD shipments.
  • Dispatch of COD orders could be delayed as it takes longer to process COD orders.
  • COD charges are applicable.
  • The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery payment is Rs.2,000 and for prepaid Rs.20,000. Only Indian Rupees accepted. Foreign currency cannot be used to make Cash on Delivery payment.

    Any Hidden Charges: No Hidden Charges

    Delivery charges may be extra depending on the order size, location of delivery, and mode of payment. All orders above Rs. 500/- are eligible for free shipping (excluding COD?).

    Your online transaction on SuAyu.com is secure with SSL certification. Further, SuAyu.com uses encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing. All credit card and debit card payments on SuAyu.com are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.
